چکیده
Abstract The goal of this study was the immobilization different lipases as protein-coated microcrystals on K 2 SO 4 and their uses in synthesis isoamyl acetate n-hexane medium. optimum conditions, such lipase variety, temperature, initial molar ratio vinyl acetate/isoamyl alcohol, immobilized amount, reaction time were determined. highest conversion obtained when Thermomyces lanuginosus (TLL-PCMCs) used for acetate. determined to be 50 °C, 3.0, 30 mg, 360 min, respectively. Under optimized yield 95%. TLL-PCMCs retained 90% activity after five repeat use synthesis. may preparation industrially important aroma compounds due its ease efficiency.
